1. Project Showcase and Portfolio Display Policy

At EVX STUDIO, our business thrives on showcasing the caliber, creativity, and visual excellence of the video editing and media production work we craft.

• Showcase Rights: We reserve the right to showcase, present, and feature any completed project, edited video, animation, or post-production deliverable created by us in our official portfolio, on our website (www.evxstudio.in), across our official social channels, and in private pitch reels or sample previews shared with other prospective clients.
• Protection of Client Anonymity: When showcasing completed creative work, we do not expose your personal contact details, private communications, contract values, or internal business data.
• Embargoes & Scheduled Releases: If your project is subject to a strict launch date, NDA, or commercial embargo, please notify our team in writing prior to or upon project kickoff. We will honor your release schedule and will not publish or showcase the edited work until after your official public release.
• Terms Cross-Reference: This showcase provision is also explicitly stated in our Terms and Conditions (Section 12), which governs all client service agreements.

2. No Sharing of Client Name Without Consent

We respect the discretion of content creators, agencies, influencers, and corporate executives who work with us.

• We do not disclose, advertise, or tag any client's personal name or company identity as our client without prior written or verbal consent.
• If you prefer to work with us under a ghostwriting or white-label editing arrangement where your name is completely withheld from public attribution, we fully honor that preference.

3. Client Contact & Personal Details Protection

Your personal and corporate contact details are strictly confidential:

• Zero Sharing: We do not share, sell, lease, rent, or trade your phone number, WhatsApp contact, email address, physical location, or any personal details to any marketers, advertisers, third-party agencies, or external databases.
• Sole Purpose of Communication: Your contact information is utilized exclusively by EVX STUDIO for direct project communication, file sharing, progress updates, billing, and customer support.

4. Payment Details & Financial Security

We take financial security seriously:

• All payments (whether advance 50% deposits or final milestone payments) are conducted through secure, recognized payment gateways, SWIFT bank transfers, or UPI.
• EVX STUDIO does not store, record, or retain any client credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVVs, or online banking passwords.
• Any bank transaction receipts or invoices are securely archived strictly for legal, accounting, and tax compliance purposes.

5. Google Drive Links & Restricted Editor Access

To facilitate fast, high-quality production, clients commonly share assets via Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, or Frame.io.

• Editor-Only Access: Access to client drive links and downloaded assets is strictly restricted to the assigned video editors, animators, and project managers actively working on that specific video.
• No Public Sharing: We do not make client drive folders public, nor do we forward your drive links to outside contractors, freelancers, or unvetted individuals.
• Restricted Permissions: We recommend clients grant access directly to our official workspace accounts and manage permissions as needed upon project completion.

6. Strict Non-Distribution of Raw Files

We maintain an uncompromising policy regarding source materials:

• No Raw File Leakage: We never share, distribute, upload, resell, or transfer your raw footage, raw voiceovers, scripts, unedited B-roll, interview recordings, or project source assets to any third party.
• Dedicated Use Only: All raw files provided by the client are used exclusively for the purpose of editing, grading, mixing, and assembling the agreed project deliverable.
• Proprietary Protection: Your raw footage remains your exclusive property at all times.

7. Storage, Retention, and Disposal Policy

Managing large video files requires organized data hygiene:

• Working Storage: During production, files are securely maintained on dedicated, password-protected editing workstations and local RAID/NVMe storage drives.
• Revision Safety Window: Following final project delivery and client sign-off, EVX STUDIO maintains client project files for a courtesy grace period (typically 30 to 45 days) to accommodate any urgent follow-up revision requests.
• File Purging: After this retention window, raw client files may be permanently purged from our active storage to preserve system resources. We strongly advise clients to preserve their own archival backups of all raw footage and final delivered videos.

8. Information We Collect

EVX STUDIO collects only the minimum information necessary to execute your project effectively:

• Information You Provide: Name, brand or channel handle, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, project brief, editing notes, scripts, brand assets (logos, fonts, color codes), and cloud drive URLs.
• Technical & Analytical Data: When visiting our website (www.evxstudio.in), standard non-personally identifiable analytical data (such as browser type, operating system, pages visited, and general geographic region) may be recorded via privacy-focused analytics to optimize page load speeds and user experience. We do not engage in invasive tracking.
